Private Cellar Edition

The elegance of pineapple and melon infuse the nose, while nutty nuances and slight whiffs of coconut linger. A full-bodied and creamy texture invades the palate, bringing a lively sensation balanced with acidity and a long finish. The fruity and subtly sweet taste of oak settles into a mellow and complex flavour as it ages on my tongue. Each grape is carefully picked by hand, retaining its versatility. The day is defined by warm notes laying perfectly on my melanin skin, complimenting the characteristics of this private cellar edition. Gorgonzola, feta, and brie melt on my tongue as they get lost in the grape while a feud between tannins escalates, the perfect combination for this warm summer’s day.
